Here is a list of helpful newsletters you can look at and then subscribe or not.

Before you SUBSCRIBE to a newsletter, let me give you some helpful advise.

1. Get your self a new email address.
2. Most ISP's allow more than one email address.You can either use your ISP for you new address, or go to Yahoo and get a free one there.
3. When you subscribe to a newsletter (or any other stuff), use the new email address.
4. Don't give your real name, address or phone number.
